The Barons of Tang nominated for an ARIA Award!

Exciting news!
Melbourne chainsaw-folk outfit THE BARONS OF TANG have been nominated for an ARIA Award for 'Best World Music Album.'
Their debut album 'Into The Mouths Of Hungry Giants' was released late last year and since then, the band have headlined clubs & festivals across Australia, as well as recently returning from a European festival slot at Lowlands in Holland.
The band has?been one of the hardest-working outfits in Australia for the past?7 years, playing stages around the world including Roskilde, Bluesfest, WOMAD and more.
Since their inception in 2007, The Barons of Tang have redefined the limits of both 'punk' and 'world' music with a genre-mashing sound that sometimes draws the term 'gyspy deathcore'.
'Into The Mouths of Hungry Giants' is out now through Bird's Robe Records/MGM.
