Free online concert Sat Oct 9th
| Sydney-based record label Bird’s Robe have announced plans for a free online concert stream on Saturday October 9th. Watch the first trailer for the concert here The 5-hour show will feature a “high quality bootleg” recording of the label’s 5th birthday festival held at Sydney’s Manning Bar in December 2015, headlined by post-rock legends sleepmakeswaves and informally dubbed ‘Mikefest’ by the bands involved. The event will also feature interviews with Bird’s Robe artists past and present as well as other entertainment interspersed throughout the show, giveaways for fans & a live chat with artists throughout the show. It will be available for free and streamed at www.twitch.tv/birdsrobe on Saturday October 9th at 6pm Sydney / 8am GMT with a repeat session at 6pm GMT / 1pm NY / 10am LA time.
