Trim Reaper announced as opening support for sleepmakeswaves in Brisbane
Brisbane experimental duo Trim Reaper have announced they will open for instrumental rock powerhouse sleepmakeswaves in Brisbane at The Triffid on Sunday 28 April.
Trim Reaper started with a shared obsession for unconventional music equipment and a mutual respect for tape machines, distortion and craft beer.
The project consists of Matt Somers (I Heart Hiroshima / Total Pace) and Michael Hardy (composer/producer + multi-instrumentalist) who write and produce music out of their studio in Brisbane, QLD.
The band are working on their debut LP which will be released through Farmer & The Owl later this year. This follows a bunch of releases leading up to the album, including a remix EP with mixes from DZ Deathrays and SPOD which arrived in late March.
